SIFE is more than just another student organization to add to your campus. Participating colleges and universities join a network of institutions and academic leaders from around the world, as well as executives and companies that support both SIFE USA and the SIFE Worldwide organization. 

As an academic leader, whether you choose to serve as a faculty advisor for the team on your campus or just to support their efforts, you'll be providing an important learning experience for students that will last throughout their careers. It's a professionally rewarding experience that will make a difference in the lives of your students and reflect positively on your university.

The SIFE program is designed to serve as a natural extension of your students' academic activities.  The flexibility of student projects allows you to tailor their experiences to best fit the mission of your university as well as your own teaching objectives.  The result is a more enhanced learning process and students who are motivated and approach their education with a greater sense of ownership and purpose.

Through supporting the SIFE program on your campus, you will have a closer connection to your students and be able to provide experiences that go beyond the classroom.  You'll play an active role in their success and help them develop into leaders who are hard working, value driven and who have a sense of integrity as well as the desire to give back. You will also be in a position to help your students leverage their SIFE involvement to take advantage of the career connection opportunities and activities available through SIFE to more successfully transition from college to the workplace.

This partnership comes with a commitment from SIFE USA and SIFE Worldwide to support the continued development of the program on your campus. You'll have access to staff assistance, training resources and events, unique programmatic initiatives, grant opportunities, scholarships for your students and competitive events.
